One bedroom has its own en suite while the other two share a bathroom with separate shower and toilet.

Somersal is surrounded by lush gardens which are constantly tended and the grounds and farm buildings are perched on a terrace with paddocks descending the slope to the Waipa River.

Here you can stroll along the bankside walks and enjoy the solitude, take a slow float downstream in an inflatable tube, or cast off and try to land a trout that frequent its stretches.

The house has a sunny Lounge, separate TV room, Broadband, SKY TV (living area), Laundry facilities incl Iron & Ironing board.

For the semi–energetic there is Croquet, Petanque or splash in the Pool and take in the beautiful views across the Farmland. Many shaded areas where you can sit, relax, write or read, then enjoy Wine and Cheese on the front lawn amongst the Roses and Birdsong.
