About Raumati Sands Resort

Raumati Sands is so much more than you would expect from a motel.
Each apartment is designed and furnished to luxury, 5–star specifications.  Some apartments have seaviews, overlooking Kapiti Bowling Club and Marine Gardens Reserve.  There is a resort style heated swimming pool and hot tub with sun lounges and BBQ.  Onsite parking.

The lower level living areas comprise a full designer kitchen, separate dining, spacious lounge and laundry.
The two bedrooms are on the upper level and have a King size bed and two singles and both have their own balcony.
Each apartment is two–storied and is the size of a small house. There's also an extra 12m of private, outdoor patio area. The apartments have spa bath and shower over or twin showers.  All apartments have a DVD player plus Sky TV with sport, movies & CNN Channels.  There is internet access (broadband, dial up) in all apartments.  Continential & cooked breakfasts delivered to your room .

Raumati is the playground of Wellington, with only a 40 minute drive to the city & the Picton Ferry and is also within easy driving distance of Palmerston North, Napier & Hastings, Wanganui and the Wairarapa.

We are just 100 metres from the beach for long walks or just to watch the beautiful sunsets.  The boutique atmosphere of the Raumati Village shops is also only 100 metres away.  There is an excellent selection of restaurants & cafes offering international and local cuisine for brunch on the sidewalk or an intimate dinner.

Coastlands Shopping Centre and the Paraparaumu train station is just five minutes drive away.
