Just above the village, nestled among the native trees and ferns, is the modern, quiet and comfortable accommodation complex Kaka Cottages & Motels. The cheeky native parrot, the Kaka, will probably drop in for a visit while you sit and enjoy the peace and native bird song. Kaka Cottages have a selection of five cottages and three studio units. Modern, quiet and comfortable, these units are a favourite with visitors wanting time out from a busy days adventure.

Cottages:We have a choice of five cottages with two and three–bedrooms, which sleep up to eight people. Each cottage has its own veranda and is complete with stove top cooking facilities, microwave, mini fridge, TV, washing machine or laundry service provisions and all cutlery, crockery, towels and linen are supplied.Studio units:These comfortable, units all have stove top cooking facilities, TV microwave, mini fridge and central heating with all cutlery, crockery, towels and linen supplied.
