Welcome to the new luxurious Edgewater Palms Apartments. Located in Paihia on a prime waterfront location opposite the main beach with safe harbour swimming, it's surrounded by local restaurants, cafes and bars. Enjoy a 5 minute stroll along the waterfront into the main Paihia Village, the heart of activity in the Bay of Islands.
Featuring stunning one and two bedroom apartments, all with Sky TV & DVD player, fully appointed kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, and fully covered balconies with sea views. Facilities include a gated swimming pool with large surrounding deck and secure underground parking.
Our new complex offers the ultimate in luxury accommodation and a truly superb location. When you arrive in Paihia, we're on the left 20m after you reach the beach. We look forward to welcoming you.
Edgewater Palms Apartments Rooms
The Edgewater Palms has 34 luxuriously appointed apartments. All have fully covered balconies and sea views, Sky TV, DVD player, washer/dryer and a fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, quality cutlery, etc. Other facilities include a gated swimming pool with large surrounding deck and secure underground parking. The one bedroom apartments all come with separate bathrooms, a queen size bed, and a pull–out bed settee in the lounge/dining area.
Our two bedroom apartments come with either two queen size beds and their own ensuite bathroom, or one queen size and two single beds.

The Edgewater Palms Apartments are fortunate to be situated in an area with diverse scenery and attractions. Paihia Village is a short stroll from your front door, Russell a short ferry ride away, Cape Reinga and elsewhere to be explored at your leisure.

The area is renowned for its maritime centre, and this is reflected in a lot of the options available for visitors and residents alike, including sailing around the islands (either day sailing or as a private charter), awesome big–game fishing as well as plenty of snapper fishing for the barby. We're only too happy to help you plan your stay, leaving you to spend more time relaxing, perhaps on your balcony with sea views, sipping a cold drink from the luxury fridge.
