A 14–unit motel with 2 new units opened early 2007. All other units refurbished early 2008. Range of studio and 1–bedroom units with mix of ground–floor and first–floor accommodation.
Located within a 1–minute walk of golf driving range. A 10–minute walk to Waikato Stadium and Seddon Park. A 5–minute walk to Waikato River with its river walkway. A 3–minute drive to central Hamilton, casino and Te Rapa Waterworld.
